Max Lux Media was founded by Robert Esposito and Sean Flannery.  The duo had been working together on projects going back over a decade in the craft beer industry.  In 2020, the pair of entrepreneurs combined their efforts to launch Max Lux Media and see it through the first few years. In 2023, Sean departed the company for Idaho, where he now can be found living the off grid life with his wife Jamie and their doodle, Shadow.

Rob is a veteran of the United States Navy, where he took part in the conflicts in both Iraq and Afghanistan. After his years of service, he launched a successful craft brewery in San Diego California and then worked as head of sales and marketing to build a start-up creating control automation for craft breweries. Throughout his many experiences, Rob’s passion for photography and video has been a common thread and led him to pursue a degree in digital media and eventually found Max Lux.
